When will the 3-Iron and Fairway Wood spec homes under construction be available to purchase?

• We expect to make these homes available for purchase by early Fall 2025.

What is the expected date of completion for the spec homes?

• Spring of 2026

Will Bentgrass Village have a Homeowner’s Association?

• Yes.  A new association will be created, or the development will become part of established Springdale Estates. 

Will unimproved lots be available to purchase?

• Yes.  Individual lots will be made available by early Fall 2025.  Buyers will be expected to start the home building process within 18 months.

Who is the builder of the spec homes currently under construction?

• Phoenix Built is our preferred builder for the 3-Iron and Fairway Wood spec homes.  They have built the two most recent new homes in Springdale.

Can I select my own house plans and builder?

• Yes.  Architectural Review Guidelines will be published to guide this process.

What are the various fees involved in building a home?

• Bentgrass Village infrastructure includes water, sewer, electric and fiber optics.  There will be a schedule of connection fees published along with Architectural Review Guidelines.
